What does Never Again Flood Defense do?
We design and build custom flood-barrier systems for residential homes. We inspect doorways, windows, utility penetrations, and sewer/septic lines to identify every potential water-entry path, then create a tailored protection plan, fabricate your barriers, prepare sealing surfaces, and provide organized storage plus written and video deployment instructions.
How much does a custom system cost?
Pricing depends on your home’s layout, number of openings, and required sealing work. We provide free evaluations and detailed quotes. Our systems are typically competitive with commercial installers, but offer a higher level of customization, testing, and non-invasive installation.
How is your system different from commercial flood barriers?
Most commercial systems require drilling large holes and installing permanent posts on both sides of every doorway, which stay in place year-round and alter the appearance of your home. Our barriers use a flexible expanding edge that seals without permanent hardware, and we prepare the floor and wall surfaces for proper sealing. For uneven patio surfaces, we build custom concrete sealing strips to ensure a tight fit, and every barrier is tested thoroughly before installation.
